The Cleer Audio Enduro ANC has nice premium construction with plastic and, the premium look of the metal ring on the side of the cup alongside this other metallic ring around the cup as well just makes it look premium. It feels like quite a nice build and good cushioning comfortable around the ears. We can get a 3.5-millimeter headphone jack cable with this headphone for a wired connection.
Cleer Enduro is foldable nicely and compact. The ear cups rotate 90 degrees so they can sit flat around your neck, and I find that nice to have in a headphones. So, the headset has got some swivel there on the ear cups and they pivot a little bit as well. So, they fit pretty well they conform nicely to the shape of any head.
This headset is comfortable to wear, and the clamp of the headphones is not overbearing to the point that it becomes uncomfortable. Still, it also has a decent amount of strength to it, so it has pretty good staying power and the noise isolation is pretty good. It strikes the right balance between noise isolation and comfort for long periods.
The ear pads are they look a bit shallow but they’re actually a king of the firm and soft at the same time. Ears don’t touch the inside driver cover so if someone has reasonably large ears, they don’t have to worry about the comfort of this headset. They got a nice bit of padding on the underside of the headband as well.

The buttons are also all in a good logical easy-to-reach place and the use of buttons over a clumsy touch surface kind of interface. There is a deep feature to set that will go into and plenty of options for customizability that are easy to go through using the buttons or the software.
The controls are on the left ear cup. You can see them there’s your power button and it’s a multi-function button that you can use to play, pause, and answer calls. If you want to skip tracks and Rewind tracks, it’s all done with that multi-function button. Both sides of the power button have the controls for volume to increase and decrease.
Then there is a button for the ANC mode button and just a single press Cycles between the ANC modes. So, you’ve got active noise canceling on, ANC off, and you’ve got ambient mode. They also have an extra feature called conversation mode which means if you hold down this button it mutes the current music that’s being played, and it turns on ambient mode.
For example, if someone like talking to you or something you don’t want to take the headphones off you can just hold that button down and you can have a conversation with them, or if you’re like on a train and you hear an announcement you can hold that down and you can clearly hear what’s being said.

The cleer plus app is easy to use and offers a wealth of options for your experience such as a fully customizable eq and 10 levels of noise cancellation. it is great for Android users to get the benefit of Google Fast Pair 2.0 thanks to the NFC chip in the left ear cup.
You can also apply the preset custom EQ settings. So that’s pretty handy definitely recommend getting the app if you get these or if you’ve got these already it’s also in the app. You can also see the remaining battery life and do OTA, which means over-the-air firmware updates as well.

Regarding sound quality, the Cleer Audio Enduro ANC has a warm sound with deep meaty bass. It’s a controlled base, but it has a heavy impact and a fast Decay and as a result, it doesn’t sound rumbling bass or sloppy, but it definitely dominates the scene. due to the overall tonal balance.
It is a good base for electronic music and jazz music. The mid-range is clear and it’s mostly neutral, but it is fairly recessed. So, it does the mid-range does sit behind or in between the base and the treble. Correspondingly vocals and some instruments are dedicated to the background under the shadow of the bass.
However, there are plenty of good moments to be had especially in the upper mid-range. Female vocals fare better than male voices and they come through clearer with better Fidelity and spirit. If you are sensitive to high frequencies, then you’ll have nothing to worry about here. The Enduro ANC treble is of the softer kind and there’s no hint of sibilance or Sizzle, but there is enough bite in it to add some balance about those meaty lows.

Cleer Enduro ANC offers really nice balanced sound profiles. The headset has a 40-millimeter ironless driver which that metal allows for a more fluid free-flowing diaphragm movement of the driver itself to provide clear articulate and distortion-free audio across all levels. They do a good job of providing clarity to all the levels of our composition and practically eliminating distortion from them when they’re all clashing together.
However, the sound is incredible with the warmth provided for low frequencies giving the sound an amazing undercurrent that allows the high frequencies to truly stand out without overpowering the midrange.

The active noise cancellation is good. Not the best on the market, but definitely not the worst. It is still effective. They were claiming a negative 25 dB reduction in the ambient sound, and it does work fairly well. So, you get that combination of the active noise cancellation along with the ear padding itself, and that actually, works pretty well overall.
There is little to no EQ shift when you’re switched with that active noise cancellation, so that is something that is really great. You don’t have a huge
disparity in the sound quality from regular mode to noise cancellation mode. It’s really great that Cleer Enduro definitely took the time to make sure that there
wasn’t a massive shift in that audio quality.

Let’s move on to the background noise now. So, these really have pretty nice ambient sound. The voices are crystal clear. You can watch TV while maintaining excellent situational awareness, for example, if you’re out on walks or using them during your commute and you want to avoid being hit by a car. For that, they’ll have you covered. Overall, really excellent these ambient sounds are very.
When it comes to the volume. These are coming with very loud. Normal listening comes in right around 65 to about 75 or 80% depending on the kind of music. But you still have plenty of overhead if you’re watching a video with some low dialogue or maybe your music isn’t the loudest, you have those options in there. You have plenty of volumes where you can really adjust it and get exactly what you need out of them.
When you activate that noise cancellation, you can get tamp down the external noise. So, you can listen to your music at lower volume levels. The point of noise cancellation is to reduce those ambient sounds, so you don’t have to listen at maximum volume. You don’t have to use music to drown out that external noise.

Let’s talk about Connectivity. So, these all run in Bluetooth 5.0 along with AAC, SBC, and AptX Adaptive as their connection codex. That’s going to give them full compatibility with both Android and iOS devices. With the AptX Adaptive codec, this headset gives you access to both AptX HD and AptX low latency. so you can get great audio quality along with low latency when it comes to watching videos and gaming.
When it comes to pairing, these do pair very quickly. As I mentioned before, these do feature Google Fast Pair 2.0. So. that’s when you put these headphones into pairing mode, it will show you a prompt on your Android devices so that it can facilitate that pairing process and make it as seamless as possible.

Then, they also feature NFC pairing, so if you have an NFC-compatible device, you can pair them that way as well. Now, when it comes to Bluetooth range, these are about 42 feet or just around 13 meters. Now, obviously, that depends on if you put any walls or any sort of obstacles in between the headphones and the device that they’re paired to.
When it comes to watching video whether it’s YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, or anything like that, there is just little to no latency to be had and that’s both on Android and iOS devices. So we can experience great connectivity with this Cleer Audio Enduro ANC.
These also feature multi-point connectivity which means you can have these paired to two devices at the same time. So, we can pair it with two phones, and we would switch between them. It doesn’t mix the audio. It’s connected one at a time, but we don’t have to switch between pairings. It stays paired with both of them all the time. If you’re somebody that needs to be paired to say your laptop and your phone for some work-from-home situations, then they’ll have you covered.

Reliable calling is also available for the Enduro ANC. The voice may have had a little less bass than normal when used for a regular phone conversation, but there was nothing that made it difficult to understand.

When we take calls with the Cleer Audio Enduro ANC voice is very clear with good volume and the person on the other end of the phone should be able to hear you fairly easily and clearly which means we don’t have to repeat it. It is doing a pretty good job of eliminating the background noise and pulling out the caller’s voice as the primary thing. Outside, wind noise apparently created less of a challenge for calls than it does for noise cancellation, and it still reportedly heard clearly despite the additional background noise. Cleer Audio Enduro ANC is not the greatest headset for call quality However, it is a decent performer and may be used with microphones that offer greater noise isolation.
