Review

The frame of the headset is identical to the original stinger, all plastic built with metal-sized extensions. The plastic coating resembles that of aluminum, which is nice with this brushed logo texture instead of being red. The ear cups are made of thinner interior fabric. Hyper X Cloud Stinger is slightly lighter than competitors at 270 grams.

The clamping structure is appropriate and comfortable to wear throughout the entire day. Sound isolation is not bad, which means the ear cups are not as soft and don’t create that super seal around the ear. But it is doing a good job and still has decent passive isolation. The ear cup rotation to wear the headset on your neck is so comfortable when you are resting with this headset. It’s low-profile enough, and none of the joints are poking.

The volume wheel is on the right side, without any scroll steps. It’s quite smooth with good resistance the power button with battery LED status is on. The left ear cup has color-coded flashes to indicate your battery life. HyperX claims 17 hours of playback at 50% volume and around 12 hours slightly above 50%. Read the Full Review of this HyperX Cloud Stinger Core headset here.

Review

The HyperX Cloud Flight S wireless gaming headset has a main feature that sets it apart from other wireless headsets. The main thing is HyperX Cloud Flight S, the first Qi wireless charging headset. This is a huge convenience factor in that we can just set our heads down on a charging mat and not have to fumble with any cables.

HyperX Cloud Flight S has one of the thickest ear cups in the gaming headset market. When we touch the ear cups, we can feel super comfortable and soft from them. The headband is also very plush. The headset is mostly very plastic. But we don’t feel any plastic when we wear this headset because of the padding in the headband and earcups.

There is plenty of adjustment in the headband to fit any head shape. The swivel of the earcups is going flat and then a little bit going forward. They feel incredibly solid. The headset’s weight is right at 11 ounces or 320 g, with the detachable microphone. So, it’s not incredibly heavy and not incredibly light as well. The Clamping force is also like a medium clamp force. It’s not tight and it’s not loose. So, HyperX Cloud Flight S is comfortable for glasses as well. Read the Full Review of this HyperX Cloud Flight X headset here.

Turtle Beach Stealth 600 is one of the best budget wireless gaming headsets, with 15 hours of battery life. It is compatible with PC, PlayStation, and Xbox consoles. PlayStation. There are two color accents: blue accents for PlayStation and green accents for Xbox. This gaming headset is a lightweight headset made of plastic and weighs 290 grams. It has very thick and soft padding underneath the headband. The ear cups are also extremely soft. The overall comfort of the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 is pretty breathable. We can wear this gaming headset for long periods without issue, and it doesn’t get warm.

The microphone is non-removable, but we can fold it back. Once we push the microphone down, it turns on. Once we fold it back, there will be a beeping noise, and it will mute the microphone. Turtle Beach Stealth 600 has a mic monitoring feature. When we turn it up, that allows us to hear ourselves. So, it keeps us from screaming and gives us a better awareness of things that are going on around us. Overall microphone quality is really good for considering as a budget wireless headset under $100.

Turtle Beach Stealth 600 can adjust any head size with massive adjustments to the headset. Turtle Beach Stealth 600 also made the middle part of the earpads really soft. Because that’s for people who have glasses. So, when we are wearing this gaming headset, it’s so soft, and it’s not adding pressure to the side of the head. When we wear this gaming headset, we can feel a huge gap between the head and the headset. The reason for this is that the that the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 supports VR. Companies are now designing their products to be able to work with VR.

Review

The Corsair Void RGB Elite gaming headset comes with a unique design, reliable build quality, and decent performance for an affordable price tag. According to Corsair, there is an update to the drivers, the microphone, and the comfort of the existing Void Pro gaming headsets. The sharp angles, D-shaped ear cups, and even the position of the microphone all make this headset look like it’s for eSports gaming. The Corsair Void RGB Elite comes in two colors. The first one is all carbon and black, and the black and white version.

The headset is mostly made of strong plastic built-in. There is aluminum inside the plastic to reinforce the headband with the proper curve. So we can say this headset has good build quality. So, even the plastic on the headband feels pretty solid. The headband has a pretty huge range of adjustment markings on either side with indicators for fit to different head sizes. especially for big heads. The headband padding is covered in a breathable mesh. It’s a very low-density memory foam. This is super squishy and really comfortable.

The ear cups are pretty tough. Because they are made to withstand some rough handling. The ear cups have glossy plastic, which lets the Corsair RGB logo shine brightly. The outside of the ear cup has a power button and a mic mute button. When we long press, it will toggle between side tone on and off, or the ability to hear ourselves. Ear pads are breathable with mesh memory foam. They are much denser than the headband. Because of their breathable ease, they’re really comfortable.

Inside, the drivers are just covered with a thin, textured fabric. The top and bottom of the ears don’t make contact with the pads. The outside of my ear also never makes contact with the driver. The ear cups can swivel 90 degrees. So, the headset can be worn very comfortably on the shoulders, with a weight of around 390 grams. We can game in these for hours at a time without getting hot.

As I mentioned before, the microphone has an update on the previous version. It has a long rubber stem with more robust plastic and is separated by the LED. The microphone is more adjustable than ever. Now it is much easier to get into the desired position than with the older pair.

volume rocker-style wheel, which is situated on the left ear cup, doesn’t just take care of volume. It is also a programmable button for EQ presets. When we hold the port in for two seconds, you can switch between Dolby 7.1 surround sound. Lastly, we see the mute microphone button and power button. The mute button will turn off a red LED on the microphone to give you a visual indication. But there is also an audible notification, which you can turn off in the software. Read the Full Review of this Corsair Void RGB Elite Wireless headset here.

The Logitech Lightspeed G733 is a fantastic wireless gaming headset with a futuristic design. It also comes in white. Logitech has really put effort into the aesthetics this time around with all the available color options. So that carries over to all the products in the new light speed range.

There is a customizable suspension head strap design. It is removable and replaceable as well. So, we can purchase the head straps separately in a bunch of different colors.

There are different textures and a nice chrome logo on each part of the headset. Logitech Lightspeed G733 is mainly matte white but it has some gloss accents as well. It just gives some extra dimension to the headset. The exterior is an old plastic construction but actually feels solid. it’s got an almost soft rubberized finish and there’s plenty of flex in the headband.

The air cushions are made of gray-colored fabric. Fabric is the best material for air cushions. Because it doesn’t get hot like leatherette when we play longer sessions. Logitech Lightspeed G733 also has a good amount of memory foam padding. The ear cups are a good size.

This gaming headset is very lightweight, coming in at only 278 grams. The headband suspension system works well. Logitech G935 is a wireless gaming headset with 7.1 surround sound, a built-in microphone, and RGB lighting. The battery life on this headset is about 12 hours with the lighting turned off. We get about 8 hours of battery life with the lighting turned on. We can control the different patterns of lighting elements using the Logitech G Hub software. That is downloadable from the Logitech website.

The drivers on each of the ear cups are 50 millimeters in size. The ear cups can swivel so you can adjust the headphones’ size just to make them as comfortable as possible. The ear cups come with a PU layer. So, they are soft and quite comfortable.

The microphone is a six-millimeter cardioid microphone that is unidirectional. So, you can flip that microphone down and then pull it out and bend it around. So, the microphone can reach the mouth easily. Then, if we want to mute the microphone, you can flip the microphone up and it’s almost lately hidden.

The sound quality is the biggest thing for the Logitech G935 gaming headset. The 7.1 surround sound, which features the DT X 2.0,. Then We can use the software to customize the EQ and the sound profiles. The 7.1 surround sound is an absolute game-changer.

The other cool thing is that it works with movies. So, if we can actually have these headphones on for quite an enjoyable movie or entertainment experience,. So, if you’re just consuming content, this wireless gaming headset is great for that as well.

We can recharge Logitech G935 quite quickly. It only takes about an hour to reach from zero to 100%, which is great. But we can also recharge them and use them wirelessly at the same time. So, we don’t have to worry about switching them off when you’re not using the headset to recharge them. Read the Full Review of this Logitech G935 gaming headset here.

Review

Logitech G Pro X wireless gaming headset is a multi-purpose headset. This is not a typical gaming headset. Many competitive headsets support aggressive designs or RGB lighting. But the Logitech G Pro X design is both premium and elegant.

The headband is covered with leatherette material, with aluminum forks holding the cups. Those are all black, with a silver circle featuring the Logitech G logo in the center. Light bounces off of it in a radical design that really catches the eye.

There are two sets of ear pads included in the box as well. The leather ones come pre-installed, but Logitech includes breathable bellow pads as well. The leatherette offers a better seal. But valor is lighter and more breathable, which is great for longer sessions. The Logitech G Pro X’s clamping force is doing a great job. It is close-fitting, but not too tight, even for big heads and big ears as well.

Logitech G Pro X is coming at 11.3 ounces or 338 grams. So, it isn’t particularly heavy. The condenser microphone is detachable and is for multiplayer gaming streaming or in a meeting. It attaches to the left ear cup. So, you can pop it out if you’re just listening to music watching a movie, or playing a single-player game without chatting.

The SteelSeries Arctis 3 is a budget-friendly wireless gaming headset with more cushions, noticeable controls, and better sound drivers. Even this wireless gaming headset is cheap. It provides us with the most value. It means SteelSeries Arctis 3 offers us the same features and functionality as the rest of their lineup.

SteelSeries Arctis 3 has a minimalist design that is made from plastic, along with its large ear cups. The headset also comes with a soft matte black touch. The adjustable ski goggle-type headband that you can adjust with Velcro. We can take it off and wash it if you want.

The ear cushions are made of sports material.
